The candidates who have qualified in national/ state level competitive examination such as UGC-CSIR / NET / SET / GATE(Valid GATE Score) / GPAT / DBT / ICMR / JRF holders are exempted from appearing in PET.
As, Fee once paid is NOT refunded under any circumstances, they should NOT pay Fee and apply for PET.
Such candidates are requested to wait for University Ph.D. Admission Advertisement or contact respective department directly, for the enrollment and registration for Ph.D.
Important
Ph. D. Entrance Test will be conducted on Sunday, 17th August 2025. Paper - I - 09.30 am to 10.30 am Paper - II - 10.30 am to 11.30 am
PET Examination will be conducted at Vadodara Centre Only.
Processing charges & Goods and Services Tax (GST) are to be paid by the candidate, as applicable.
MODE OF PAYMENT
Candidate should pay Examination fee Only after PET Examination Notification is declared.
Candidate has to visit GSET website : www.petmsubaroda.in for fee payment. Examination fee and Processing charges & Goods and Services Tax (GST), as applicable, can be paid only through Online mode by Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking.
Follow on screen instructions for payment of requisite fee and print examination fee receipt generated after successful transaction.
Candidates should note down and preserve Order Number and SBIepay Reference ID for Online registration of their application form.
In case, Candidate forget to note down Order Number or SBIepay Reference ID, He/She can find it on the link available on website.
It is mandatory for the candidate to keep and preserve Fee payment transaction receipt with him/her for future reference.
Please note that fee submitted by any other mode like money order, demand draft, IPO etc. will be rejected.
Fee, Processing Charge etc. once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
